• PHASE ONE - FREE CONSULTATION

  • Establish project goals

  • Needs vs. wants

  • Review comparable projects and inspirational photos

  • Discuss historical project costs

• PHASE TW0 - PRELIMINARY ROUGH ESTIMATE

  • Draft a rough project budget with allowances based on the initial consultation meeting​

• PHASE THREE - DESIGN AGREEMENT (IF APPLICABLE)

  • If applicable, a design agreement will be drafted and signed to begin the initial design process. The design agreement is separate from a construction agreement and there is no commitment to hire Bevel for construction during this phase

• PHASE FOUR - LETTER OF INTENT​​

  • A letter of intent is signed to begin gathering hard, final contract costs such as finalizing material selections and meeting subcontractors on site for pricing

  • A 5-10% deposit is due at signing the Letter Of Intent (LOI). The LOI deposit will be applied to the final construction cost

  • Space on the construction schedule is reserved

  • If at any point during phase four you decide not to move forward with Bevel, 50% of the deposit will be returned

• PHASE FIVE - FINAL CONTRACT DELIVERY AND APPROVAL

  • A construction start date and schedule are established

  • Permits

  • Construction begins!
