FIREPLACE REMODEL
When other renovation projects were undertaken in my house, I was unable to include changing out the 1950's stacked sandstone fireplace for something more traditional. Once I was able to undertake the project, I found that most contractors found it too small a job to do. I was very lucky to have been referred to Ross.
From the very beginning, his professionalism showed; he was on time to every appointment. He completed the work according to the schedule and budget. He was absolutely fastidious in terms of isolating the construction area from the rest of the living area and kept it beyond clean. Although I thought I knew the exact dimensions I wanted for the mantel, his experience told him differently. He gently and cogently persuaded me to alter the dimensions by providing me with to-scale renderings showing me the different viewpoints.
I was having a gas insert installed as part of this project. On two separate occasions we received conflicting information and specifications from the fireplace vendor - both times after work had already been done and had to be undone/redone or altered. BATHROOM REMODEL
The work done in our master bathroom remodel was exceptional. All of the subs were respectful of our home and their work was meticulous. Ross was responsive to any questions and provided a schedule so that we always knew if, when, and who would be on the worksite each day. He was receptive to all ideas and worked with us to keep pricing in line with the budget. Highly recommend this company and are currently exploring another project with them. KITCHEN REMODEL
We can not express enough how pleased we were with Ross and all his associates. I used Houzz's recommendation for Bevel and am thrilled with the results. We had our kitchen remodeled and from the start Ross was very attentive and understood exactly what we wanted. They built us a custom hutch which is absolutely beautiful and certainly one of a kind. All work was done in a timely manner and always left our home clean. All of their work was superior to any other contractors we have hired. If we ever need more remodeling we certainly look forward to working with them again. Jane G.
